Description
The team of the "Corporate & Investment Business" unit is looking for a Credit Inspector to join the Real Estate Financing Department.
We work across several segments, including medium, large, and major businesses, and consider the following transaction types:
- Contract financing
- Investment and project financing
- M&A and LBO transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare deal memos and interact with the risk management department
- Analyze the financial and operational activities of borrowers and corporate groups
- Structure credit transactions, including those under English law
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on joint transactions
- Assess financial metrics during credit analysis
- Prepare deal presentations and present/defend deals at the bank's collegial body
- Timely identify borrower issues and manage non-performing and overdue loans
Requirements
- Higher education in: finance, banking, economics, or accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Credit Inspector for major, large, and medium businesses
- Knowledge of current Russian legislation regarding corporate client lending
- Knowledge of accounting and financial statement analysis
- Experience working with AI tools
