Description
The Corporate & Investment Banking division is looking for a Credit Inspector.
We work on several areas in the middle market, large corporate, and major corporate segments and consider the following types of deals:
· working capital financing
· contract financing
· investment and project financing
· syndicated lending and foreign law transactions
· M&A, LBO deals.
Responsibilities
- prepare deal memos, interact with the risk department
- analyze the financial and economic activities of the borrower, corporate group
- structure credit transactions, including under English law
- interact with cross-functional units within the framework of joint transactions
- evaluate financial indicators when conducting credit analysis
- prepare deal presentations and defend deals at the bank's collegial body
- promptly diagnose borrower problems, work with non-performing and overdue debt.
Requirements
- higher education in: finance, banking, economics, or accounting
- relevant work experience as a Credit Inspector for major, large, and middle market corporates from 2 years
- knowledge of current Russian legislation on issues related to corporate lending
- knowledge of accounting and analysis of financial and economic activities
- English language proficiency not lower than B1 – intermediate level
- ability to use neural networks in daily work
