The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) team is looking for a Credit Inspector.

We work across several areas in the mid-market, large corporate, and major corporate segments and consider the following types of deals:

·     working capital financing

·     contract financing

·     investment and project finance

·     syndicated lending and deals under foreign law

·     M&A, LBO deals.

Responsibilities

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

·    preparing deal memos, interacting with the risk department

·    analyzing the financial and economic activities of the borrower, company group

·    structuring credit deals, including those under English law

·    interacting with cross-functional units within the framework of joint deals

·    assessing financial indicators when conducting credit analysis

·    preparing deal presentations and defending deals at the bank's collegial body

·    timely diagnosing borrower problems, working with non-performing and overdue debt.

Requirements

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

· higher education in: finance, banking, economics, or accounting

· relevant work experience as a Credit Inspector for major corporate, large corporate, and mid-market segments of 2+ years

· knowledge of current Russian legislation regarding corporate lending issues

· knowledge of accounting and analysis of financial and economic activities

· English language proficiency at least at B1 – intermediate level

· ability to use neural networks in daily work.
