The "Corporate & Investment Business" unit team is looking for a credit specialist to join the team.

We work on several areas within the large/middle market segment:

· Working capital lending

· Contract lending

· Investment and project financing

Responsibilities

• prepare deal memos/approvals
• analyze the financial and business activities of the borrower, corporate group
• structure credit deals
• interact with cross-functional units as part of joint deals
• assess financial indicators when conducting credit analysis
• prepare deal presentations and defend deals at the bank's collegial body/credit committee
• promptly diagnose borrower problems, work with non-performing and overdue debt
• oversee the credit work of the department.

Requirements

• higher education in the field of: finance, banking, economics or accounting
• experience in reviewing credit deals (working capital lending, contract lending, project financing, investment lending)
• relevant work experience in the position of credit officer for large corporates, large and medium-sized businesses from 2 years
• knowledge of current Russian legislation regarding issues related to lending to corporate clients
• knowledge of accounting and analysis of financial and business activities
• instrumental proficiency with AI for analysis, generation and automation
