💬 Responsibilities: • Recruitment, adaptation, training, and motivation of Affiliate Managers. • Development of a strategy to increase quality traffic volumes. • Monitoring interaction with partners and ensuring a high level of service. • Regular analysis of statistical data, optimization of indicators, and control of return on investment. • Resolving complex situations with webmasters and retaining key partners. • Participation in industry conferences and events to expand the contact network.

👤 Requirements: • Experience: from 2 years as a Team Lead in the Nutra vertical (or related niches). • Ability to travel abroad or reside abroad (must have). • Expert knowledge of traffic sources and a deep understanding of interaction with webmasters. • Confident command of analysis tools and trackers. • Ability to structure business processes, implement clear reporting and regulations. • Personal qualities: leadership skills, responsibility for results, proactivity, and charisma.
