Fledge** is an international product company developing a dating product for the US, European, and other markets. The project is based on the experience of a team that previously created and scaled one of the largest dating services in the CIS. Today, this experience and technological expertise help develop a product for the global market.

We already have a mature technological platform, a working product, and a strong development team. Now we are adapting it for an international audience, strengthening key product scenarios, localizing functionality, and entering new markets under the Fledge brand.

Today, the company employs over 30 specialists. We are a fully distributed team where independence, initiative, and quick decision-making are valued.

Responsibilities

• Development of monolith and services on Python Django/FastAPI;
• Participation in the development of system architecture;
• Technical analysis and testing;
• Clean backend, without infrastructure and frontend;
• Participation in the creation of new functionality.

What we expect:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in Python development;
• Experience in developing high-load projects;
• Understanding of network protocols;
• Knowledge of REST API, WebSocket, HTTP;
• Understanding of CI/CD principles;
• Development of unit tests.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Go;
• Experience working with the NATS broker.
