🪙 Brand & Content Manager — international B2C iGaming product

Location: remote Format: full-time

Hi 👋 Our content team is in the process of rebuilding the system and transitioning to an automated approach. We are looking for a strong specialist at the intersection of content, community, and growth to lead the expert and brand content direction.

What needs to be done: — Develop the organic presence of the brand and our experts on external platforms (Reddit, X, Medium, specialized forums) through high-quality longreads and participation in discussions. — Build automation for presence: set up systematic auto-posting, trend parsing, mention monitoring, and analytics collection instead of routine manual management. — Manage reputation and community: track mentions, handle negativity, join relevant threads, and maintain the brand's ToV. — Influence search visibility: create SEO-friendly content, understanding platform ranking algorithms, and amplify brand mentions as a signal for search and AI-driven results (GEO). — Conduct regular brand checks: monitor review sites, directories, and search results, promptly responding to new mentions.

Our expectations: — Experience in managing brand channels and communities for 2–3 years (experience with Reddit and understanding its specifics will be a big plus). — Understanding of the SEO context: how mentions in discussions actually affect visibility and ranking in Google and AI search. — Experience in building automation for posting, monitoring, or analytics collection processes. — Practical experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as a basis for automation (trend analysis, draft preparation, responses). — English language proficiency at C1 level (all external content is in English).

Conditions: — Full remote. — Employment under a service contract (B2B), income in USD. — Paid vacation (20 working days) and sick leaves. — Coverage of 70% of expenses for specialized training, courses, and conferences after the probation period.
