Looking for a Senior Social Media Manager for an international iGaming brand.

We are seeking a strong SMM specialist who can manage a team, develop social networks in international markets, and turn content into a tool for attracting and engaging the audience.

The main focus is on Latin America and Asia. Platforms: X, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok.

🚀 What needs to be done: — implement SMM strategy and manage the team's daily work; — coordinate the work of community managers, copywriters, designers, and real-time engagement specialists; — plan content and respond promptly to trends, news, and events; — develop interaction with influencers, streamers, partners, and gaming communities; — adapt content for different markets and audiences, primarily Latin America and Asia; — control KPIs, analyze results, and test new formats and mechanics; — work on increasing reach, engagement, traffic, and conversion; — ensure prompt reaction of social networks to current events.

🎯 Who we are looking for: — 3+ years of SMM experience in iGaming, betting, or cybersport; team management experience is a plus; — confident understanding of social media mechanics, trends, and current content formats; — ability to work not only for reach and engagement but also for traffic and conversion; — English proficiency of B2+ (knowledge of Spanish is a plus); — high stress resistance, ability to adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic environment; — ability to independently create and edit content, including text, without constant reliance on AI generation.

💰 Conditions: — remote, from any country considering time zone differences; — compensation level is open for discussion individually, based on experience and expectations.
