Are you an experienced Workday Consultant with strong knowledge of Core HCM and Time & Absence? We are looking for a freelance consultant to support an international organization in optimizing and maintaining its European Workday processes.

The organization operates globally on Workday and is looking for someone who understands the complexities of European HR processes, local regulations, and country-specific requirements.

What will you be doing?

You will review existing requirements from various European countries and translate them into Workday configurations. Where needed, you will collaborate with local stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure successful implementation.

What are we looking for?

• Hands-on experience with Workday configuration
• Strong knowledge of Core HCM and Time & Absence
• Experience with Benefits is a strong advantage
• Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Experience working in international environments is a plus

Practical details

• Freelance assignment
• 6-month contract
• 24-40 hours per week
• Fully remote
