Cloud R Analyst, Associate

Duties & Responsibilities Manage production infrastructure Maintain high system availability and proactive issue resolution. Maintain healthy systems (perform clean ups and performance tweaks) Support and On-board new tenants to Azure cloud. Troubleshoot customer issues related on Infra and application hosted on Azure. Use Service Now to work on customer tickets by achieving SLA's. Perform scheduled activities on weekends. Run PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipeline where automation is used to complete tasks for Product deployments.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 1+ year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer doing systems monitoring & supporting IT infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft Azure Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals Knowledge of SQL/Database Concepts Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge on Azure Kubernetes service (AKS) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Weekend Shift - Mandatory (Rotational)

Qualifications 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge Bachelor’s degree required
