📍__in a large financial digital ecosystem in Central Asia. This is one of the leaders of digital banking in its market: it includes more than 10 products__

The marketing department is centralized, with a team of 50+ people, and it genuinely influences the products and business metrics.

The person will be responsible for everything: strategy, brand, product marketing, CVM, communications. They will work directly with the CEO and shareholder.

There are many products, and each one demands attention right now. We need someone who knows how to prioritize, manage a large team, and at the same time not get lost in conversations with the shareholder :)

Who we are looking for:

• CMOs or marketing directors from banks, fintech, ecosystems, telecom, who have already managed teams of 30+ people.
• Strong deputies who have actually handled the entire function are also being considered.
