Vacancy: Business Analyst / System Analyst in a Fintech Company.

A large, actively growing crypto-banking project is looking for a Business Analyst / System Analyst to join its team.

Responsibilities include designing financial transaction scenarios, creating API contracts, technical analysis of external payment services, and participation in testing. Requires 3+ years of experience in Fintech, Banking, or Crypto, knowledge of UML/BPMN, and strong analytical and communication skills. Understanding of blockchain and event-driven architecture is a plus. The company offers work on an innovative product, training, flexible hours, and competitive salary.

Required Tasks:

🟪 Design robust end-to-end financial transaction scenarios (P2C, QR payments, swaps, and more); 🟪 Detail synchronous and asynchronous interactions and error/failure handling scenarios; 🟪 Develop and document API contracts (Swagger/OpenAPI) before code writing, acting as a guarantor of synchronization between frontend, backend, and mobile app & TMA; 🟪 Conduct technical analysis of external payment service documentation (PSP, Banking APIs) and design integration architectures (status mapping, webhooks); 🟪 Formulate product mathematics: describe algorithms for calculating commissions, currency conversions, and automated data reconciliation processes; 🟪 Translate business requirements into clear User Stories, Use Cases, and Technical Tasks with comprehensive acceptance criteria; 🟪 Actively participate in grooming sessions and support the development team, promptly resolving technical blocks and corner cases during implementation; 🟪 Maintain the knowledge base and technical documentation up-to-date. 🟪 Support QA and business testing ** Required Skills:

Mandatory:

🔸 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst in Fintech, Banking, or Crypto (strictly); 🔸 Knowledge of ACID, race conditions, distributed transaction handling, and the importance of identity; 🔸 Ability to extract data from databases (SQL) to test hypotheses or analyze incidents; 🔸 Proficient in UML notations (Sequence, Activity, State Machine) and BPMN. You draw diagrams to identify logical flaws, not just for visualization; 🔸 Excellent skills in productive and effective communication with documented agreements; 🔸 Responsibility, initiative, and teamwork skills – ability to listen to colleagues, propose solutions; 🔸 Ability to read complex integrator documentation attentively and thoughtfully, not just superficially; 🟫 Test requests in Postman and design competent RESTful APIs; 🔸 Ability to see the impact of changes in one part of the system (e.g., KYC limits) on others (payment UX and security); 🔸 Skill in interface prototyping and understanding of basic UX/UI principles.

Desirable

🔹 Understanding of blockchain principles, custodial and non-custodial solutions; 🔹 Understanding of event-driven architecture and message broker (Kafka / RabbitMQ) operation in the context of payments; 🔹 Understanding of data security standards in fintech (PCI DSS, GDPR) and policies regarding crypto products; 🔹 English language proficiency at B2 level.
