Germany is one of Fixico’s most important European markets. We have built a significant presence, with established customers and partnerships, a strong repair network and a local commercial team. At the same time, we see substantial opportunities to grow our position further.
Our engineering team is the backbone of our platform and a critical part of our product-led growth. We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer who thrives in high-autonomy environments, is excited by ownership, and loves solving real-world problems with technology. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver scalable solutions that drive value for our users. You'll help shape our technical direction as we scale our platform’s maturity, where you'll influence architecture decisions.
Backend: PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (Node.js)
Frontend: React, Next.js, Inertia.js
Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes
Other Tools: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, REST APIs
5–6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
Strong knowledge of Laravel, Node.js, React, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP)
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments (startup/scale-up experience is a big plus)
Strong system design and problem-solving skills
Product-oriented mindset: You care about the why, not just the how
Passionate about clean code, testing, and building great user experiences
Proactive communicator who thrives in async, distributed teams

With Fixico One, we are expanding that platform further, and our engineering team is central to making that happen.
This role sits right in the middle of it. You will move across our full stack, from backend services to the interfaces our customers and partners use every day, with real influence over how our architecture evolves. You are not just picking up tickets: you help decide what gets built next and how.
