Full-stack Developer (Go / Next.js)

Perpetuum Technologies creates products for the tourism and accommodation rental market. We have an experienced team and founders with experience in launching and scaling federal-level digital platforms. We are looking for a Middle+/Senior full-stack developer who can be responsible for the entire working system and directly influence the product architecture.

About the role You will work in a compact team of up to 10 people, report to the CTO, and develop the core product with the founders without a long chain of approvals.

What you will do • Develop the platform core in Go: CRM for properties and guests, calendar, bookings, payments, and synchronization with sales channels. • Create interfaces in Next.js: operational console, client portal, and mobile PWA for contractors. • Design reliable integrations with OTAs, payment services, and communication channels. • Prevent double bookings, ensure idempotency of operations, retries, and recovery from failures. • Develop CI/CD, containerization, monitoring, logging, backup, and basic security. • Integrate AI into user scenarios: guest assistant, data processing, search, and automation of internal operations. • Participate in architectural and product decisions with the CTO and founders.

Tech Stack Backend: Go, chi, pgx, sqlc, goose, REST/OpenAPI. Frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, TanStack Query. Data: PostgreSQL, pgvector, pgcrypto, S3-compatible storage. Background tasks and events: River, Watermill; NATS or Kafka if needed. Infrastructure: Docker, CI/CD, Russian clouds, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Sentry. AI: LLM providers via a unified adapter, RAG on property data. Architecture at the start: a modular monolith with clear domain boundaries.

What is important to us • Commercial experience in developing complex web products on both backend and frontend. • Strong foundation in system design: data models, transactions, concurrent access, queues, integrations, and fault tolerance. • Good knowledge of PostgreSQL. • Practical experience with Docker, CI/CD, and operating services in production. • Ability to decompose tasks, discuss trade-offs, and independently bring results to a working state. • Willingness to use modern development tools, including AI. • Calm team communication: asking questions, documenting decisions, giving and receiving feedback.

Experience with Go will be an advantage. If your primary backend language is different, but you have a good understanding of server systems and are ready to quickly switch to Go, we are also open to discussion.

Will be a plus • Experience in developing SaaS or internal operational platforms. • Integrations with external APIs, payment systems, marketplaces, or sales channels. • Experience in travel, hospitality, proptech, or e-commerce. • Practice with event-driven approach, outbox, idempotent handlers, and observability. • Working with LLM, RAG, or AI functions in production.

Conditions • Full-time employment, employment contract. • Remote work from any region of Russia. • Schedule 5/2, 8 hours a day, work according to Moscow time. • Probationary period — 1 month. • Income from 180,000 ₽ net, paid once a month. • Work equipment and additional conditions — by agreement. • Opportunity to influence the tech stack, architecture, engineering practices, and product decisions.
