CTO Wanted at Highload Product (Taxi Service, Almaty)

A Kazakhstan product company (Ride-hailing/Mobility sector) is looking for a technical leader to head development and scale the platform to new heights.

Location: Strictly Almaty (office/hybrid, remote work and relocation are not considered).

Design a fault-tolerant microservice architecture for significant user base growth, manage a cross-functional team (Backend, Mobile, DevOps), and reduce time-to-market without sacrificing quality.

Technology Stack:

• Backend: Golang (solid background required)
• Mobile: Flutter (understanding of specifics and background operation of applications)
• DB: PostgreSQL + PostGIS
• Geo: Experience with maps (2GIS, OSM), routing, and coordinate tracking.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in managing tech teams and establishing processes (Agile/Scrum).
• Ability to think in business terms and translate product requirements into architectural language.
• Experience with production incidents and preventing risks before deployment.
• Bonus points for: Experience in real-time services (taxi, delivery, logistics).
• Salary is negotiable, based on your expectations.
