Product Analyst

🔍 Looking for a Product Analyst for the marketing team — middle / middle+

I build analytics around the audience: how to retain, bring back, and make users loyal. If you are interested specifically in this aspect of product work — read on.

What you'll be doing: — Researching and improving retention rate: identifying churn points, building hypotheses, testing them — Developing a loyalty program — analyzing mechanics, suggesting improvements, calculating the effect — Working with user retention and reactivation mechanics — Helping the team make decisions based on data, not gut feelings — Planning and calculating advertising campaigns

Who I'm looking for: — 2+ years of experience in product analytics — Understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing — Basic experience with channel attribution or CRM / communications is desirable — this is important, but not critical — Proficient SQL, Python / BI tools — a plus — Ability to not just build dashboards, but also draw conclusions and defend them
