About the Product
In the supplementary education direction, we implement a line of products for schoolchildren and preschoolers who want to study beyond the school curriculum, prepare for exams and olympiads, or learn something new – foreign languages, programming, neural networks, chess, or master soft skills.
About Our Team
Analytics at Foxford is 25+ people and several directions: marketing, monetization, LMS, educational analytics, business, and client service. There is also a team of data engineers building the DWH.
We have a matrix structure: each direction has its own analyst, and the team members interact with each other in daily syncs, weekly retrospectives, and training meetups. Key tools are Metabase, ClickHouse, and PostgreSQL; we communicate in Loop (a full analog of Slack), track tasks in Jira, and maintain a knowledge base in Yonote (an analog of Notion).
