The United Company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed by the merger of two market leaders – IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
About the team and projects:
A team of MLE, DS, DA, MLops, and backend developers with a product mindset. We solve problems of pricing, credit scoring (b2c/b2b), and customer base growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing ML models (several directions to choose from);
- PD/LGD/PnL and antifraud (classic and DL) for bnpl and b2c/b2b banking products;
- Dynamic pricing – assigning discounts to optimize GMV and profit across WB product categories;
- WB Wallet – assigning discounts, growing the customer base and penetration level, achieving a habit-forming effect;
- Deploying models to production;
- Researching new approaches to improve product metrics;
- Researching new data sources of different modalities;
- Participating directly in the development of ML infrastructure;
- Building monitoring for model and feature stability.
Work format: hybrid/remote
We are looking for you if:
- You have 3+ years of experience in DS/ML, and 1+ year in banks/fintech/marketplace/telecom;
- You have excellent command of classic ML and DL, experience in uplift modeling and building behavioral models;
- You have industrial experience in deploying models;
- You are experienced in building model monitoring;
- You are proficient in Python, Airflow, Spark, Docker, Git, PyTorch;
- You work with S3/Hadoop, as well as analytical databases ClickHouse/GreenPlum.
Nice-to-have: experience in developing cross-attention/multimodal NNs, building Triton inference pipelines, developing and implementing RL, building graph analytics/graph NNs and working with graph DBMS, product matching.
