An international company invites a young and energetic CRM Manager to cooperate.

Requirements:

• experience with CRM systems, preferably;
• knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
• knowledge of English at B2 level (mandatory requirement);
• initiative;
• attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• CRM system administration;
• management and administration of the client database;
• coordination of managers' work (maintaining statistics on their work, calls, comments);
• coordination of notification flows between managers;
• analysis of information about the company's clients in Excel and Google Docs;
• compilation of reports on the work of managers and clients.

Working conditions:

• working hours: 10:00-19:00;
• internal training;
• work in a young, friendly team;
• comfortable office in Limassol.
