Requirements:

• experience in CRM systems, preferably
• knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
• knowledge of English and russian or Polish and russian
• initiative;
• attention to details.

Responsibilities:

• CRM system administration;
• customer database management and administration;
• coordinating the work of managers (keeping statistics on their work, calls, comments);
• coordination of notification flows between managers;
• analysis of information on the company's clients in Excel and Google documents;
• providing reports on the work of managers, clients.

Working conditions:

• working hours: 10:00-19:00;
• internal training;
• work in a young, friendly team;
• comfortable office in Limassol.
