Task and documentation management: Jira, Confluence. API and integration design: REST, SOAP, Swagger, Postman, cURL, JSON, XML, Kafka (message broker), event-driven architecture, microservices. Modeling and diagrams: BPMN, UML, PlantUML (Sequence, ER, Activity diagrams), Sequence and Activity diagrams. Databases and queries: SQL, PostgreSQL, RDBMS. Authentication and authorization: Keycloak, Bearer tokens, inter-service authentication. Mobile development and notifications: FCM, APNs, mobile app lifecycle, deep links, in-app navigation. Frontend and analytics: Figma (design review), Google Tag Manager (data layers), Markdown, JSON templates for UI components, UTM parameters. Version control: Git. Additional: routing systems, troubleshooting matrices, multilingual support (RU, EN, KZ).
At least 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst. Deep understanding of microservice and event-driven architecture principles. Hands-on experience in API design, understanding of synchronous and asynchronous system communication. Knowledge of Kafka and its key concepts. Proficiency in BPMN and UML for visualizing business processes and system logic. Skills in working with SQL, including complex queries in PostgreSQL, and understanding of relational DBMS. Experience with task and documentation management systems, API testing tools, version control, and diagram-as-code creation. Understanding of inter-service authentication mechanisms and token-based authorization. Understanding of mobile application lifecycles. English language level — Intermediate and above.
Work in Kazakhstan in the international company Andersen (pre-IPO, 19 years in the market, full cycle of services, project management standards). Participation in projects for companies in North America, Western Europe, Israel, Australia, and the UAE.
