- Understanding of standard algorithms
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST) and understanding of microservice architecture principles is desirable
- Knowledge of bug tracking and project task management systems (Jira)
- Knowledge of integration technologies (REST services, Web-Services, Message Queue, XML, JSON)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business process automation projects, experience as a system analyst
- Knowledge of SQL · Experience with Confluence
- Knowledge and understanding of core processes in the banking sector
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and in multitasking mode
- Experience with business process and requirements description systems
- Knowledge of UML (sequence diagram & class diagram) and BPMN
- Experience in an Agile team
- Experience with relational DBMS (description and model design)
- Understanding or experience in any other programming areas (e.g., any frontend development experience)
- Understanding of core Scrum frameworks and/or experience working with the Scrum methodology
- Experience with non-relational databases
- Experience with statistical/econometric models, knowledge of basic machine learning algorithms
- Understanding of how to work with generative AI and related technologies
- Prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, tool calling, etc.
