Position: Senior/Middle+ AI Engineer (NLP/LLM Agents) To: Sber, Autonomous Campaigning Team Work format: office + hybrid — Moscow, modern office Gross salary range: ~200-350 thousand rubles + annual bonus 15+%
What needs to be done? • Develop and implement AI agents, recommendation systems, and NLP solutions based on Transformers • Customize LLMs (RAG, vectorization, entity extraction) and build reasoning chains • Manage the full cycle: from experiments on Jupyter to scalable MLOps processes in production • Work with big data (Spark, Hadoop, Hive) and integrate models into related services
Requirements: • 3+ years in machine learning with implemented and deployed solutions • Experience with agents and LLMs (LangGraph, PyTorch) • Proficient Python, production code, Big Data stack • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker • Independence, proactivity, ability to bring hypotheses to results
