Vacancy: Lead Developer / Fullstack Engineer (1C-Bitrix, 1C) About the company: Developing our own online store based on 1C-Bitrix with citywide delivery. Format: Agreement with Sole Proprietor, remote Salary range: 180k to 250k net Project and technology stack: Backend/ERP: 1C:Trade Management 11 (data standard for products, prices, stock). Frontend/E-commerce: Website on 1C-Bitrix. Payments: T-Bank online acquiring. Fiscalization: Transition to cloud-based POS terminals (considering ATOL Online or Evotor Cloud) + mobile applications for couriers ("Mobile Cashier"). Marking: "Chestny Znak" (Honest Sign), OFD, FNS (permissive regime, Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Product Safety" from 07/01/2026).

Responsibilities (Tasks): Design the payment architecture. Establish an end-to-end process from website order to fiscal receipt in OFD and sales report in 1C. Prepare a working flowchart for order status progression. Resolve integration issues of the first stage: Configure correct VAT rate transfer from 1C through Bitrix to the payment gateway (verify XML_ID of taxes). Fix processing of weight-based goods: ensure transfer of units of measurement (kg — OKEI code 166) and fractional quantities (e.g., 0.5 kg) from the website cart to T-Bank and then to the POS terminal. Implement website payment. Integrate the prepayment scenario after weight confirmation by the manager (for weight-based goods). Retain the option for cash/card payment to the courier upon receipt. Configure marking integration. Implement support for DataMatrix codes, the permissive regime, and the requirements of the Technical Regulation of the Customs Union "On Product Safety". Test sales of marked products. Ensure data exchange. Set up the loading of paid orders and acquiring reports from Bitrix into 1C:Trade Management as sales documents. Develop a Manager's Personal Account. Improve the current interface, optimize it for working with all orders (including phone orders), and create a unified entry point system. Prepare documentation. Write instructions for training employees on working with the new payment chain. Provide technical support. Take the website under maintenance (technical maintenance, system synchronization, content population).

Our requirements for the candidate: Experience with the 1C-Bitrix platform (core administration, customization of sale.order.ajax components, working with D7 API). Deep understanding of the exchange architecture between 1C:Trade Management 11 and the website (standard exchange modules, CommerceML, Highload Blocks). Practical experience in setting up online payments (preferably T-Bank) and their connection with cloud POS terminals. Understanding of Federal Law 54, the logic of forming correction receipts, returns, and the rules for transferring nomenclature tags (measure of settlement item quantity). Knowledge of the "Chestny Znak" system's operating principles and the fiscalization processes for marked goods. Skills in diagnosing complex distributed errors (where exactly data is lost: in the 1C exchange module, Bitrix info blocks, JSON request to the bank, or POS terminal response). Ability to write clean PHP code and cover critical nodes with unit tests.

Will be a plus: Experience in developing mobile applications for couriers (PWA or native solutions like "ATOL Kassa"). Experience in optimizing the performance of a high-load food product catalog.
