Vacancy: Data Analyst

We have started searching for a Data Analyst who will help turn data into solutions.
Main tasks:
- Collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources.
- Building reports and dashboards for the business.
- Identifying patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Preparing analytical conclusions and recommendations.
- Automating regular reporting.
- Interacting with business departments to define analytical needs.
Our expectations:
- Data Analyst experience of 2+ years.
- Proficient in SQL (JOIN, window functions, CTE, query optimization).
- Excellent knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau.
- Understanding of statistics and data analysis methods.
- Ability to structure information and draw clear business conclusions.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in analyzing credit portfolios, card products, or payments.
- Understanding of banking processes, scoring models, and the credit pipeline.
- Experience with product metrics (Approval Rate, Take Rate, Conversion Funnel, Vintage, Roll Rate, NPL).
- Skills in building analytics for Customer Journey and application funnels for credit products.
- Experience with data warehouses (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Greenplum, etc.).
