At SPND, we are looking for an analyst to develop a B2B crypto card platform: the user pays for a purchase with a card, and behind the scenes, cryptocurrency is converted into fiat.
📍 Fully remote · B2B 💸 The salary range will not disappoint, payment in fiat or USDT
What you will do: • Design services and their interactions for a non-custody card product. • Develop requirements, system flows, APIs, and integrations. • Identify technical limitations and discuss solutions with the development team. • Manage features from business request to launch, participate in communication with partners.
What is important: • Senior level: independence, responsibility for decisions, and experience in delivering tasks to production. • Practical Web3/on-chain experience: smart contracts, wallets, fund movements on the blockchain. • Experience in service design, understanding of sync/async interactions, and failure handling. • Ability to independently analyze APIs, code, and logs. • Use of AI with result verification and clear documentation. • Russian and English from B2 level — mandatory.
Will be a plus: experience with non-custody crypto cards, card processing, KYC/Sumsub, and launching partner integrations.
A small team, direct interaction with the CTO and Product Owner, your own area of responsibility from the first tasks. You need to be available from 10:00 to 16:00 Cyprus time.
