Responsibilities:
- Identifying, formalizing, and coordinating business requirements from business stakeholders
- Preparing solution concepts
- Decomposing high-level requirements to the necessary level
- Preparing scenarios for various purposes and levels of detail
- Preparing system requirements
- Presenting the results of one's work to development teams and related project teams, coordinating requirements
- Maintaining requirements in an up-to-date state
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate with clients, identify problems and needs
- Knowledge of requirement quality criteria and effective application of knowledge
- Solid understanding of general network operating principles
- Ability to clearly articulate thoughts in writing and orally
- Experience in developing requirements, specifications, and use cases
- Systems thinking and ability to structure information
- Skill in conducting effective interviews
- Ability to decompose requirements to gradually move from a specific solution to the target state
