Legal Officer (IGaming)

Rocket Group is looking for an experienced Legal Officer to become a key business legal partner and to manage the legal, regulatory, and compliance issues of the group of companies across various jurisdictions.

📍 Key Responsibilities:

• Legal strategy, corporate governance, interaction with investors and the Board of Directors.
• Licensing (MGA, Curacao, Anjouan, EU, Canada) + regulatory compliance (AML/KYC, GDPR/CCPA).
• Contract management (B2B/B2C, affiliates, payment providers), M&A support, intellectual property, and protection against clones/fraud.
• Litigation, international courts, coordination of external law firms.
• Formation and management of the legal department, team training.

📍 What we expect:

• Mandatory experience in iGaming.
• Practical experience with licenses and regulators in various jurisdictions.
• Experience in supporting international corporate structures.
• Experience with banking compliance, KYC/KYB, and Due Diligence procedures.
• Strong skills in drafting and approving contracts.
• Fluent English.

• Successful cases of obtaining licenses in various jurisdictions.
• Knowledge of MGA, Curaçao, UKGC, and other regulators' requirements.
