☑️ Responsibilities
- Design and build the target factory architecture: k3s clusters, network interaction, balancing, image storage
- Configure and develop CI/CD: image building, automated deployment, rollback procedures, release protection mechanisms
- Bring the infrastructure to reliability and security requirements, establish baseline policies
- Develop development policies in policy-as-code format (manifest, configuration, code styling standards)
- Participate in project onboarding, technically support pilots
- Automate routine tasks: provisioning, node configuration, dev/prod environments
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- DevOps/SRE/Platform Development experience of 3+ years. Experience must be confirmed by an extract from the electronic labor book (STD-SFR)
- Confident work with Kubernetes: architecture, network stack, Helm, cluster operation
- Practical experience in building CI/CD (GitLab CI / Jenkins / ArgoCD or GitOps approaches)
- Linux, containerization (Docker/containerd, kaniko/buildah), ansible
- Understanding of infrastructure security fundamentals: secrets management, network policies, image security
- Ability to bring an uncertain task to a working solution without ready-made instructions
- Experience with AI coding tools (AI assistants, generation of IaC/manifests/policies with LLM) and understanding of where AI accelerates and where it requires verification
- Experience with k3s/lightweight distributions, Harbor, sealed-secrets, Prometheus/Grafana/Loki
- Experience working in closed/air-gapped environments and with cloud.ru
