Our expectations for a future team member:
- Commercial experience in DevOps/SRE for at least 3 years.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience with Kubernetes in production.
- Helm, Docker, Nginx, Ingress.
- Confident Linux administration.
- Experience in building and supporting CI/CD, preferably GitLab CI.
- Experience with IaC: Ansible, Terraform.
- Practical experience with GitOps, preferably ArgoCD.
- Experience in setting up monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics.
- Bash and/or Python for automation.
- Understanding of SQL and NoSQL database principles: experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Qdrant will be a plus.
- Experience with at least one of the clouds: Yandex Cloud, Azure, AWS.
- Experience in independently implementing infrastructure solutions for clients.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms at once.
- Experience in building infrastructure from scratch.
- Understanding of security practices in DevOps.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and relevant stack.
- Experience in technical interaction directly with the client.
