Our expectations:
- Confident Python skills: production code development, knowledge of libraries for ML and automation;
- MLOps experience (2+ years): practical experience in deploying and managing ML models in industrial operation;
- ML Expertise: understanding of the model lifecycle, ML algorithms, feature engineering techniques, and monitoring (drift, performance), knowledge of data and experiment versioning tools (MLflow, DVC, W&B);
- Cloud Platforms: experience with Azure (Azure ML, DevOps Pipelines, ACR), AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Networking), GCP, or other cloud solutions;
- CI/CD & DevOps: experience with pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.), understanding of IaC principles (Terraform);
- Containerization: experience with Docker and understanding of orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/ECS);
- Data Handling: knowledge of SQL (MS SQL/PostgreSQL) at the level of writing complex queries and data manipulation;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
What you will be doing:
- Designing and supporting end-to-end ML pipelines (data → training → deploy → monitoring);
- Automating infrastructure for training and serving models (Inference) in the cloud;
- Implementing CI/CD/CT practices for code, data, and models;
- Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of AI services in production;
- Close collaboration with Data Scientists and DevOps to transform prototypes into production-ready products.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with LLM and GenAI projects in production;
- Experience with PySpark, Databricks, and other BigData tools for distributed data processing;
- Understanding of network protocols, security settings, virtual local networks;
- Relevant higher education (Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics).
