💫 We are looking for a young specialist with 1-2 years of experience in big tech and project management for the Business Operations department.

A vacancy for those who are structured and can multitask, who can describe tasks and control deadlines, for those who always see how the business works and how departments interact internally.

Requires 2+ years of experience as a Project or Product Manager in a large IT big tech company (you won't be afraid of anything after this), like Yandex, Avito, Ozon, T-bank, Sbertech, and similar.

✅ Salary € 3500 - 4500 net, on average, per month (salary + bonuses) ✅ Relocation to Cyprus and work visa processing ✅ Office in Limassol, benefits, events, great team

💻 Responsibilities: — collection and recording of all incoming tasks from the business and management — correct formulation and distribution of tasks to teams — progress and deadline control, status and report collection — working with Jira and Confluence, preparing summaries and presentations

🎯 Requirements: — English and Russian languages — experience with Jira and Confluence — 2+ years of experience in IT / Fintech — mandatory 1+ year of experience in Russian BigTech (Yandex, Ozon, Sber, Tinkoff, etc.) — presentation preparation skills — high level of organization and communication skills
