Description
The DIT (Digital Information Technology) team of the Construction business unit is developing a centralized environment for the development, storage, and execution of AI agents and ML models. Our area of responsibility includes operating IT infrastructure, developing integration services, and supporting tools for AI agent development.
We are looking for a lead for support, whose tasks will include building support systems, developing a monitoring system, identifying and resolving the root causes of incidents. Building the production support process.
Responsibilities
- supporting automated systems (AS) in production and test environments at the 2nd line support level
- monitoring the operation of AS, identifying the causes of errors and incidents, organizing activities to resolve them
- performing routine work: eliminating cybersecurity and reliability risks, conducting software updates
- consulting developers on AS operation
- configuring integrations of developed applications with internal Bank services
- organizing and conducting acceptance tests for AS
- interacting with IT departments of the Bank to ensure effective system operation
Requirements
- experience with containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm
- automation experience: Bash, Python (basic level)
- knowledge of databases: Postgress, Redis, Mongodb
- knowledge of OS: Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)
- Git processes: git flow, branching, merge, code review
- experience working with ML models, AI agents, LLM applications
Will be a plus:
- knowledge of CI/CD: Jenkins, ArgoCD
