Responsibilities
- installing releases, performing scheduled maintenance, installing and configuring additional applications to maintain the operability of the automated system
- ordering and deploying additional instances of our systems
- organizing and performing scheduled updates of automated systems, activities within bank-wide initiatives for technological engineering transformations, vulnerability remediation, etc.
- conducting acceptance tests for new releases
- configuring monitoring for automated systems
- automation of routine repetitive tasks
- developing and maintaining automation tools and processes to improve the reliability and availability of supported automated systems
- maintaining technical documentation in Confluence
- collaborating with technical specialists from user support and developers.
Requirements
What we expect from the candidate
- ability to effectively analyze problems, quickly find optimal ways to resolve them, and implement changes on production automated systems
- experience in administering Linux family operating systems
- practical experience with OpenShift / Kubernetes containerization platforms, Helm orchestration tools, PostgreSQL databases
- proficiency in SQL query language
- understanding of microservice application architecture, experience with component integration, understanding of SSL/TLS encryption protocols
- proficiency with the Nginx web server
- using the Git version control system
- understanding of DevOps principles, the software development, implementation, and maintenance lifecycle (CI/CD)
- experience with DevOps tools: Jenkins, Groovy, Ansible, Docker, ELK, Prometheus, HashiCorp Vault
- working with configuration files in YAML format
- experience in supporting automated systems for over 3 years
Will be a plus
- knowledge of the ArgoCD continuous delivery tool, caching servers, message brokers
- experience in maintaining technical documentation
- skills in working with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- experience in organizing effective performance and availability monitoring for IT infrastructure
- knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
