Description
We are developing a personal client portal for SberTech.
Our main goal is to accelerate and simplify client interaction with our customer-facing and internal service teams. To facilitate the acquisition of our products and the collection of feedback.
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of microservices in Rust: APIs (REST/GraphQL), background processors, integration components.
- Integration via Kafka: event publishing/processing, proper error handling and retry logic.
- Working with PostgreSQL: writing queries, transactions, migrations, analyzing root causes of "slow" spots.
- Participation in team practices: planning, task decomposition, code review, improving code readability and maintainability.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Rust: command of key language concepts, ability to write and maintain production-ready code.
- Understanding of computer operation at the application level: memory, threads/tasks, concurrency; ability to apply synchronization primitives appropriately.
- Ability to navigate existing code and documentation: you read crate docs/READMEs/internal docs and quickly find "what is where" and "why it's done this way".
- Solid foundation in PostgreSQL and SQL: you confidently write queries and understand what happens with data.
- Basic knowledge of protocols and security: practical understanding of HTTP and general principles of encryption/secrets (what is safe, what should not be done).
- Ability to work with AI agents/assistants to accelerate development: generate drafts, tests, refactorings, and documentation — and always review the results.
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products, skills in creating and using AI agents.
