Java/Kotlin Developer in FinTech (Deposit Products Development Team)

The deposit products development team is working on creating a platform for managing the lifecycle of accounts that users open at the bank. The platform's functionality includes:

• core parts, such as opening, closing, and extending an account;
• product features: payment mechanics using deposit accounts, differentiation of interest rates based on conditions;
• analytical functions, for example, income history;
• user communications.

We use a microservice architecture (8 microservices in the team), distributed data storage systems (Managed PG, YDB) and task distribution systems (STQ, Kafka). To monitor the system's operation, we use Grafana, automatic alerts come to a dedicated Telegram chat.

The team member's task is to write code themselves and review colleagues' code. But if you want to try your hand at solution design — there are such tasks too.

Development of FinTech services You will design, develop, and launch microservices for financial services, increase their fault tolerance, reliability, and performance, develop infrastructure, development tools, and processes.

We expect you to

• Be proficient in Java or Kotlin or any other OOP language, but be willing to write in Kotlin
• Know basic algorithms and data structures
• Know SQL, have worked with relational databases
• Be attentive to details and approach work responsibly
