Java/Kotlin Developer in FinTech (Payment Integration Group)

The Payment Integration Group works on integrating the internal systems of Yandex Bank and the larger Yandex ecosystem with various payment systems and agents, including all possible SBP (Fast Payments System) directions and the "MIR" payment system, and assists in processing payments and transfers for individuals and legal entities. Our areas of responsibility are implementing interaction protocols with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and performance under load in a distributed architecture, and developing automatic monitoring and recovery mechanisms. We use a microservices architecture (more than 25 microservices in the team), distributed data storage systems (YDB, ClickHouse, Managed PG), and task distribution systems (STQ, Kafka).

What tasks await you

Development of FinTech services You will design, develop, and launch financial service microservices, improve their fault tolerance, reliability, and performance, and develop infrastructure, development tools, and processes.

We expect you to have

• Confident knowledge of Java or Kotlin — or any other OOP language and a willingness to write in Kotlin
• Familiarity with fundamental algorithms and data structures
• Knowledge of SQL, experience working with relational databases
• Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work
