Java/Kotlin Developer for the Customer Experience Team
Our team works on the backend of Yandex Pay — Yandex's financial application. We are responsible for what the user sees when opening the app: the home screen, transaction feed, promotional offers. Under the hood are huge databases of all customer bank transactions, analytics building, and artificial intelligence integration.
We are looking for a person to join our team who will help develop the customer experience.
You will help us with the following tasks:
Our tech stack: Kotlin, MongoDB, YDB, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kubernetes, Kafka.
Development of notification sending services You will be developing services for sending written and voice notifications. You will also set up the transfer of data about call campaigns to the analytical subsystem, enhance the debt collection operator's workstation: add information about the debtor and payment schedule, and reduce employee routine work through automation.
Integration of support systems You will integrate existing user support systems with new systems and tools. It's important not only to implement new features but also to ensure users have no questions about them, and if they do — the support team can answer them quickly and fully.
Development of document generation systems Our clients want to receive documents quickly, without errors, in different formats, and with data from various sources. Your task is to enable them to do this independently through the Yandex Pay app, without contacting support.
Fault tolerance and service performance You will support active growth in the number of transactions without loss of quality and speed. To do this, you will need to optimize technical solutions.
