ArtDock team is looking for a cool Technical Artist (Unity | PC & Console) for our office in Cyprus! We make real games, set ambitious goals, and are looking for a bridge between artists and programmers — a person who will make our visuals juicy and optimized.

📌 Main Requirement: Possession of a passport or a valid Cyprus residence permit (with the right to work).

What you will do:

• Set up and integrate 3D and 2D assets in Unity (meshes, textures, materials).
• Create visual effects (Particle System) and set up scene lighting/post-processing.
• Develop and configure shaders (Shader Graph, ASE).
• Work with URP and optimize graphics for different platforms: PC, consoles, mobile devices.
• Collaborate closely with artists and developers to evolve the visual pipeline.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in a similar role for 5+ years.
• Proficient with the toolset: Unity, Blender, Substance, Photoshop.
• Solid expertise in graphics creation pipelines, experience with lighting and materials.
• Ability to automate routine tasks in Unity.
• Proficiency in English at the level of reading technical documentation.

Will be a huge plus:

• 🔥 Knowledge of VFX Graph, HDRP, and experience writing custom shaders (Shaderlab + HLSL).
• 🎬 Setting up animations and sequences in Mecanim and Timeline.
• 💻 Automation skills (C#, Python) — creating tools and utilities for the editor.
• ⚙️ Experience with Job System and Compute Shaders.
