We are looking for an AI Video Specialist / Motion Designer to help us create visual game concepts and test game hypotheses even before development begins.
Our task is to quickly turn ideas into compelling game videos: create concept trailers, simulate future gameplay, and test how well an idea can attract an audience.
What needs to be done:
Create game concepts and trailers using AI image and video generation tools.
Generate, animate, and assemble videos that convey the feel of a finished game.
Create gameplay prototypes to test game ideas and user interest.
Work with visual style: improve generations, add details, fix artifacts, and bring materials to a quality result.
Edit and composite video, add effects, animation, dynamics, and necessary elements.
Research new AI tools and approaches to accelerate content production.
What is important:
Experience in creating videos using AI tools (generation, animation, image-to-video, video-to-video, etc.).
Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion graphics and compositing software.
Understanding of game trailer principles: how to hook the viewer in the first few seconds, showcase mechanics, and evoke a desire to try the game.
Ability to work not only with attractive visuals but also with the idea: understanding what exactly needs to be shown to the player.
Attention to detail and ability to bring results to commercial quality.
Will be a big plus:
Experience with game trailers, advertising creatives, or mobile games.
Understanding of game mechanics and which visual elements sell a game.
Skills in working with 3D, Unreal Engine, Blender, or other game scene creation tools.
Portfolio of AI video and motion graphics work.
