Senior Affiliate Manager 📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Full-Time | In-House

Hey! We're Topcotek — and we're on the lookout for a Senior Affiliate Manager to come join us in person at our Limassol office. If you live and breathe affiliate marketing and you've got solid iGaming experience under your belt, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll actually be doing day-to-day: Managing and growing a portfolio of affiliate partners — you know the mechanics, so you'll hit the ground running Hunting down new affiliates, building real relationships, and driving quality traffic Supporting your existing partners and helping them grow Handling contracts, negotiating deals, keeping things running smoothly Tracking performance and optimizing based on what the data tells you Staying in close touch with your network — emails, calls, the occasional face-to-face

What we're hoping you bring: 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming (non-negotiable) A solid background in online marketing or sales Fluent English — both written and spoken; extra languages are a big plus You're a natural when it comes to communication and negotiation You're organized, numbers-savvy, and results-oriented
