We, the Topcotek team, are looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager with an active contact base, ready to lead the scaling of our brand in competitive Tier 1 markets.

🎯 What needs to be done: • Find and attract new partners and large traffic sources. • Conclude profitable win-win deals (CPA, RevShare, hybrids). • Support existing partners, helping them optimize traffic and grow. • Control traffic quality, monitor ROI, and prevent fraud. • Travel to major international conferences (SiGMA, iGB, etc.) for networking.

🚀 What we expect from the candidate: • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in the iGaming sector. • Fresh, confirmed experience working with Tier 1 countries (understanding specifics and compliance). • Possession of your own active, warm contact base that can be leveraged from day one. • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long-term relationships. • Fluent spoken English – you will have to communicate and negotiate a lot.
