The work takes place in a modern, clean, and well-lit environment, where training is provided on-site and no prior experience is required. The main requirement is perseverance and developed fine motor skills. The smell of lacquer may be present in the premises; it is safe, but individuals sensitive to odors are advised to consider this point in advance and clarify the conditions beforehand.
