We are a technology company WellStor. Our key areas currently are general-purpose servers (based on x86 architecture) and data storage systems.

We are expanding our data storage system (DSS) development and are looking for a Go/C++ Software Developer.

Our expectations:

• Solid knowledge of Go, C++ with 2-3 years of experience in production projects
• Experience in designing microservices and working with gRPC/REST
• Good understanding of SOLID, clean architecture
• Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of CI/CD principles
• Performance profiling and optimization skills
• English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical literature and documentation;

Will be a plus:

• System programming experience (Linux, network interaction, SPDK)
• Knowledge of C or Rust as an additional language
• Experience with distributed data storage systems

Your responsibilities:

• Development and support of services in Go (1.20+)
• API design (REST/gRPC), integration with external systems
• Performance and fault tolerance optimization of backend services
• Working with Kubernetes: deployment, configuration, service discovery
• Integration of monitoring and metrics (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Participation in code reviews, writing unit and integration tests
• Collaboration with architects and DevOps teams
