Company: HuntRiot (client - international P2C PSP product). Vacancy: Merchant Acquisition Specialist (Sales Manager/Head of Sales) Salary: $1500-2500 + bonus %.

About the company We are building a P2C PSP for markets where standard payment gateways are not suitable for clients. Our clients are iGaming operators and Forex brokers worldwide. We accept payments to corporate bank accounts, convert local currency to USDT, and perform settlement to the merchant. The team is distributed, and the work is fully remote. Main focus - the Indian market, Brazil and Russia are also important.

Responsibilities -Attract new merchants to the product. -Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to onboarding and the first transaction. -Work with the contact base, as well as independently search for leads cold. -Conduct negotiations in Russian and English. -Segment and prioritize the base, maintain follow-up, and bring deals to fruition.

Who we are looking for We are considering two levels of candidates: Sales Manager and Head of Sales. For a Sales Manager, 1 year of experience in PSP or payment solutions sales and an understanding of the Indian market are important. For Head of Sales, a stronger profile, your own merchant base, and deep market knowledge are required.

Requirements Mandatory: -Fluent Russian. -Working English for negotiations and correspondence. -Sales experience in PSP / payment company from 1 year. -Experience with the Indian market: understanding clients, terminology, and search channels. -Understanding of basic PSP processes: PayIn, PayOut, settlement, conversion, chargeback. Desirable: -Own contact base of merchants from iGaming / Forex. -Knowledge of UPI, P2P/P2C, FTD/STD. -Skills in working with CRM or Google Sheets.

Conditions: -Format: fully remote. -Employment: full-time. Time zone: Moscow / Kyiv (UTC+3). -Income depends on the candidate's level and includes a fixed part and bonuses from the turnover of attracted merchants. -Possible growth from Sales Manager to Head of Sales based on performance.
