About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong Python programming skills, a solid foundation in software development, and a passion for developing cutting-edge machine-learning solutions based on prototyped models. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying optimized models into production environments. You will play a key role in enhancing our Text-To-Speech, Voice Cloning, Speech Enhancement, and other AI-based systems to ensure peak performance.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Build scalable, maintainable software solutions on top of prototyped models
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments at scale
• Leverage Flask and FastAPI frameworks to create REST microservices and APIs
• Optimize the speed and efficiency of existing Text-To-Speech, Voice Cloning, Speech
• Enhancement, and other systems
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain ML solutions
• Improve the speed, stability, and scalability of real-time audio endpoints

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in ML engineering or backend + ML hybrid roles
• Strong proficiency in Python and clean software engineering practices
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, REST APIs
• Having experience working with message queues like: Google Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Kafka etc.
• Demonstrated experience deploying machine learning models on cloud platforms
• Experience with virtualization and cluster management tools, including Docker & Kubernetes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Desired experience in:

• Hands-on experience with WebSocket APIs
• Experience in optimizing and improving the speed of machine learning systems
• Having experience creating scalable data pipelines leveraging workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Experience deploying optimized/quantized models in browsers
