Position: Middle / Senior GenAI Engineer Company: QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and the public sector.

Tasks: -Training and fine-tuning LoRA adapters for diffusion-based models (image / video) -Working with open-source models (Stable Diffusion, SDXL, video diffusion, and similar) -Building end-to-end generation pipelines -Dataset preparation (curation, cleaning, augmentation, labeling) -Inference optimization (speed, memory, quality) -Conducting experiments: comparing approaches, hypotheses, improving generation quality -Interacting with product and engineering teams for production deployment of solutions

Candidate Requirements: -Commercial experience in Computer Vision for over 3 years -Practical experience with diffusion models for over 1 year -Real experience in training LoRA (hands-on) -Understanding of diffusion model architectures (UNet, VAE, conditioning, etc.) -Experience with GPUs (CUDA, training/inference optimization) -Ability to independently bring experiments to a successful result Will be a strong plus: -Own public works, pet projects, or contributions to open source -Experience with video generation models -Participation in Kaggle / ML competitions
