GenAI Team Lead

Company: QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and the public sector.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the video generation direction (from R&D to production)
• Forming the technology stack and solution architecture
• Planning team tasks (ML engineers, CV specialists)
• Decomposing complex research tasks into a roadmap
• Quality control of experiments and final solutions
• Code review and team mentoring
• Implementing pipelines into production (not just research)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience managing an ML / CV team for at least 1 year (even a small team, but with responsibility for results)
• Hands-on experience with diffusion models for at least 1 year
• Experience bringing ML solutions to production
• Strong systemic thinking (ability to break down complex tasks)
• Understanding of the video generation model landscape
• Ability to make technical decisions under uncertainty

Will be a plus:

• Experience with video generation models
• Publications or open research in the field of generative AI
• Experience building ML pipelines in production
