GenAI Team Lead
Company: QLAN - a technology integrator that implements end-to-end AI solutions into the business processes of large companies and the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the video generation direction (from R&D to production)
- Forming the technology stack and solution architecture
- Planning team tasks (ML engineers, CV specialists)
- Decomposing complex research tasks into a roadmap
- Quality control of experiments and final solutions
- Code review and team mentoring
- Implementing pipelines into production (not just research)
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience managing an ML / CV team for at least 1 year (even a small team, but with responsibility for results)
- Hands-on experience with diffusion models for at least 1 year
- Experience bringing ML solutions to production
- Strong systemic thinking (ability to break down complex tasks)
- Understanding of the video generation model landscape
- Ability to make technical decisions under uncertainty
Will be a plus:
- Experience with video generation models
- Publications or open research in the field of generative AI
- Experience building ML pipelines in production
