Head of AI Projects. Consulting (SberAI)
Sber AI is Sber's team focused on R&D in applying advanced AI / GenAI technologies to solve applied business problems, creating ready-made products and services for the bank, industrial companies, government, and the public.
We are looking for an experienced Head of AI Projects capable of effectively managing DS and IT teams, conducting communications with internal and external clients, analyzing current trends and market needs, and developing new products using SOTA technologies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting communications with internal business units of the bank, ecosystem, government bodies, businesses, and representatives of scientific and educational organizations
- Collecting, processing, analyzing, and verifying business initiatives in collaboration with DS and IT teams
- Managing processes of data collection and labeling for ML model training
- Organizing the necessary infrastructure and computing power for ML model training
- Rapid prototyping using codegen tools
- Managing MVP development and handover to production
- Preparing regular presentation materials for the bank's top management
Requirements
- Higher technical or economic education
- Over 3 years of experience as an AI / IT Project Manager
- Experience applying code generation tools will be a plus
- Exceptional independence and initiative
- Advanced level of "soft skills", especially negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare clear and presentable materials for top management
- English proficiency at the level of reading technical literature and conducting product presentations
- Readiness to work in a multitasking environment with tight deadlines
- Consulting experience
Will be a plus:
- Experience using GigaChat, Kandinsky, and similar tools in products
- Skills in creating and using AI agents
- Instrumental command of AI for analysis, generation, and automation
