We are looking for a self-sufficient Influence Manager for an international iGaming product who will lead the direction with a focus on the CIS region: from finding and evaluating influencers to launching advertising campaigns and analyzing results.

🧩 Responsibilities: — Search for and evaluate bloggers, streamers, and Telegram channels; — Negotiate prices, formats, and placement terms; — Set technical specifications and control the output of integrations; — Manage budgets and multiple projects simultaneously; — Analyze campaign results and optimize future placements; — Build funnels and test new formats; — Develop long-term relationships with effective influencers.

❇️ Requirements: — 2+ years of experience in iGaming; — Proven successful experience working with the CIS region is mandatory; — Experience in Influence Marketing from blogger search to results analysis; — Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Twitch/Kick; — Good understanding of marketing metrics and placement economics; — Experience working with large budgets and various payment models; — Strong communication skills, independence, and result orientation.
